Contest - Throw Your Hands in the Air
and scream!!! Is it a kindie rock concert? No, it's a rollercoaster!
I have a Lunch Money Silly Reflection CD to give away. In the comments section, tell us about your favorite rollercoaster (or tell us that you don't like them). Chloe wanted to ride the "Rock n Roller Coaster" at Disney-MGM, but she's just too short. And height rules should be followed, right Bill?
Submit your comment by noon on Saturday, February 10th to be entered into the random drawing.
While you are at it, read more about Lunch Money here and listen to their music on our radio station

Evalyns says "My favorite rollercoaster - Gadget's Go Coaster. It was my first ride - it rocks!"
This is the kiddie coaster at Disneyland. Evalyn & Monty were the first ones in the Toontown park section. After a few quick pics with Mickey, Pluto, & Goofy, they made a beeline to the coaster. The lines were non-existent so they rode it over & over & over & over. I gave up after the 3rd ride in a row - lol!
Riding roller coasters isn't the same as it used to be when we were kids. A couple of years ago, Matt and I played hooky from work one day and went to Magic Mountain, with the intention of riding roller coasters all day. I'm a roller coaster junkie, but it had been several years since I'd been on one, and I definitely needed more recovery time than I used to! We went on a ride called Goliath and we seriously both blacked out for a minute during one of the spirals!
I dont like roller coasters, they are too fast and high. I do like to watch people on them though, like my Mom and Dad when we went to Disney, their faces were so funny. I think I liked watching them on the Everest one the most.
I love roller coasters. I don't know if it was my favorite, but the Sea Serpent in Wildwood, NJ was definitely one of the most memorable.
We rode it on the day after it opened even though the night before the car got stuck and the people had to be rescued. We didn't let that deter us. I was 14; I had no fear.
The Sea Serpent had one (maybe two) loops and several corkscrews. Then you went through the whole thing backwards. Since it was on a pier, it kind of looked you were going straight into the ocean.
It was a blast.
Pre-children my husband and I played hooky from work and took off to Cedar Point (Sandusky OH) and road the Millenium. It was the perfect coaster -- thrilling without knocking out your fillings.
My first—and stiil best—roller coaster was the Mindbender at West Edmonton Mall, the largest indoor triple-loop roller coaster in the world.
Our grade eight class had day passes on the last day of school, so my friends and I decided to ride the Mindbender as many times as we could. It was a slow day, so we were able to get off and then right back on again, eleven times in a row.
We had a blast (once I figured out not to force my head up on the loops!), but lunch didn't go down very well after that.
